Orders and Delivery

All orders are subject to availability, We will not be legally bound by any
factual or typographical errors on the site or other promotional materials.

Your receipt of an electronic or other type of order confirmation does not indicate our acceptance of your order, neither does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Toysimiss.com reserve the right at any time following receipt of your order to accept or refuse your order for any reason. We also reserve the
right to deliver your order in stages, where goods become available for delivery at different times. We also reserve the right, without notice to reduce your order quantity at any time.

Delivery is usually in the region of 2 - 7 working days within the United Kingdom.

The Delivery Cost quoted is based on delivery within the UK mainland. For all other countries, you will be advised and charged at the appropriate rate.

We will endeavor to deliver your goods within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you due to late delivery. The maximum delivery time of 6 weeks shall have elapsed before we will consider claims for lost in transit packages. This time scale is set by Royal Mail.

Please note that your Paypal Account or Bank Card will be charged the moment you confirm your details in the Paypal payment gateway. Payment is taken as a deposit at this stage. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill the order you deposit will be returned.

Prices

The prices quoted on our website do not include shipping. The shipping price is based on the weight of the products in your shopping cart and the location you have entered in you country of origin. If you wish to have any item shipped to a different country other than your registered one we reserve the right to alter the postage costs accordingly.

The shipping cost is shown as you progress through the shopping cart BEFORE you confirm your order and record your card details.
In the case of an incorrectly priced product or products, due to typographical error, pricing error received from a third party, an unauthorised price alteration, or an unforeseen error, Toysimiss.com reserve the right to decline or delete any orders incorrectly priced.
This can be done regardless whether or not the order has been confirmed, or a credit card charge has been made.
In the event a credit card charge has already been made and an order has been rejected, Toysimiss.com will immediately credit the card with the amount deducted and an option to purchase the product or products at the correct price can be made.

Invalidity

In the eventuality that any clause in these terms are deemed to be unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
